• Ovarian cancer of epithelial types
• Pelvic inflammatory disease
• Some other cancers
• Cancer of endometrium
• Cancer of fallopian tube
• Some physiological conditions such as pregnancy, menstruation
• Endometriosis
• Ovarian cysts
